Relax in this stylish space located in 'The Residences at Shadow Mountain' next to the premier Shadow Mountain golf course across from the St. Mary's River. 7 Minutes away from all amenities, far enough to enjoy the quiet peaceful outdoors. Located at the start of the 'Rails to Trails' bike/hike path with numerous lakes and several golf courses within a 20 minute drive allowing you to hike, bike, golf, swim, kayak, or fish.

Open concept living area with comfortable sectional with ample seating, bar height dining table, and full size kitchen w/ full size appliances including an air fryer, a fridge with water dispenser and ice machine. Two bedrooms with Queen beds. Full bathroom with walk in shower and shower tower with body jets. Full size laundry set also included
Other Details to Note
We are a brand new build so all pics are not yet uploaded as the outdoor space is still under construction but will be completed for our opening weekend the end of May. It will include a 4 seat area around a fire table as well as a covered BBQ area serving only the suite. To ensure your stay remains hassle free we supply a Napolean electric BBQ so you will NEVER run out of propane! to save you time and hassle we have 2 kayaks and 2 SUP (paddle boards) available to rent at approx. 1/2 the cost of renting from the city, saving you both time and money. Transport of kayaks to ad from your choice of lake upon request, subject to a small fee and availability
